Orders can be placed any time. Once we have received your order, an automated confirmation of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you in the ordering process. The e-mail will contain your order number and the details of your purchase. The purchase agreement has now been completed. We reserve the right to refuse your order or to cancel the purchase agreement.

Shipping costs are applied per order. The exact shipping costs depend on the country to which your order is shipped. V.A.T, shipping costs and all other taxes, fees or charges of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority shall be added to the total amount of your purchase.

 

We offer free returns and exchanges for merchandise within 30 days of delivery in its original, new and also merchandise should can be sell again.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS

If your order states delivered but you did not receive it then a claim must be submitted to our company for this issue. We will not refund or replace the item without an open claim with our company. These orders may be subject to a completed investigation with the shipping carrier. No refund or replacement will be issued until the investigation is completed in full. The average time for an investigation is eight business days.
